1. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due once the party is confirmed. Payment of the deposit indicates agreement to these terms. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event via electronic payment. Gratuity is optional and may be paid directly to the entertainer.

2. All events are rain or shine. If the client cancels for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations must be made by mail, email, or text.

3. If either party must cancel due to force majeure, illness, accident, or circumstances beyond their control, the agreement becomes void and the deposit will be refunded..

4. If the entertainer determines the event location is unsafe, hazardous, threatening, unsanitary, or illegal, they reserve the right to leave while retaining full compensation.

5. Kids Kapers is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by supplies used during the event. Kids Kapers is not responsible for supervising children or for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event.

5. If the entertainer stays longer than the agreed booking time, additional charges may apply.
